Pistachio Square

The Pistachio Square uses a green yarn that is similar to the color of pistachios to make its beautiful design, and turquoise yarn is a nice contrasting color. Originally designed for a charity, this square should work up quickly and easily. Have some fun trying different colors and experimenting with different kinds of yarn. The center of this granny square pattern looks like a sunburst so orange and yellow would also work really well in this design. Mix and match these squares to make a beautiful afghan!
