Spiral Baby Blanket
Love the look of a round afghan? Make a Spiral Baby Blanket! This free crochet pattern is perfect for newborns. This easy crochet baby blanket is a lovely round pattern that uses lightweight yarn. It's soft, unique, and perfect for baby.
The spirals create an almost nautilus appearance, so it can be used for any nautical theme or summer baby if desired. Though this simple crochet pattern is a beauty in blue, you can easily change up the color, like pink for a girl or green for gender neutral.

This is an unusual pattern for a baby which I just love. I will make it in a solid color and experiment from there. Thank you.

LOVE IT! The pattern is easy to follow with no adjustments needed. The only "errors" came when the edges curled because the stitches were too tight or I subtracted when I needed to add. I will do the CC in purple. The blanket itself is golden rod.
