Yarn Weight(4) Medium Weight/Worsted Weight and Aran (16-20 stitches to 4 inches)
Throw measures 44” x 60”.
Materials:
RED HEART® “Fiesta®”:
6 skeins 6341 Millennium A.
RED HEART® “Super Saver®”:
6 skeins 400 Grey Heather B.
Crochet Hook: 6.5mm [US K-10.5].
Yarn needle.
GAUGE:
13 sts = 4”; 16 rows = 4” in pattern.
CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size hook to obtain the gauge.
THROW
With B, ch 150.
Row 1 (Right Side): Sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in each ch across; turn – 149 sc.
Row 2: Ch 1, sc in back loop of first 3 sc, ch 3, slip st in top of last sc made, * sc in back loop of next 2 sc, ch 3, slip st in top of last sc made; repeat from * to last 2 sc; sc in back loop of last 2 sc; turn. Fasten off.
Row 3: With A, join in back loop of first sc 2 rows below; ch 1, sc in back loop of each sc across; turn.
Rows 4 and 5: Working in both loops, sc in each sc across; turn.
Row 6: Repeat Row 2.
Rows 7-10: With B, repeat Rows 3-6.
Rows 11-266: Repeat Rows 3-10, 32 times. Fasten off at end of last row. Weave in ends.
