TENSION

INSTRUCTIONS
Ch 206.
1st row: (RS). 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook. *Miss next 2 ch. [(1 dc. Ch 1) twice. 1 dc] all in next ch – shell made. Miss next 2 ch. 1 sc in next ch. Rep from * to end of chain.
Turn. 34 shells.
2nd row: Ch 4 (counts as dc and ch 1). 1 dc in first sc. *1 sc in center dc of next shell. Shell in next sc. Rep from * to last sc. (1 dc. Ch 1. 1 dc) in last sc. Turn.
3rd row: Ch 1. 1 sc in first dc. *Shell in next sc. 1 sc in center dc of next shell. Rep from * across, ending with 1 sc in 3rd ch of ch 4. Turn.
Rep 2nd and 3rd rows for Shell Pat (see chart below) until work from beg measures 34 ins [86.5 cm], ending with a WS row. Do not break yarn.
BORDER
1st rnd: (RS). Ch 1. 1 sc in first dc. Miss next ch-1 sp. 1 sc in next dc. 1 sc in next sc. *(1 sc in next dc. Miss next ch-1 sp) twice. 1 sc in next dc. 1 sc in next sc. Rep from * to last dc and ch 4. 1 sc in next dc. 3 sc in 3rd ch of ch 4, placing marker on center st (corner). Cont down side of Blanket, work 135 sc evenly to next corner. Work 3 sc in next corner, placing marker on center st. Work 135 sc along bottom edge of Blanket to next corner. Work 3 sc in next corner, placing marker on center st. Work 135 sc along rem edge of Blanket to corner. Work 3 sc in corner, placing marker on center st. Join with sl st to first sc.
2nd rnd: Ch 3 (counts as dc). *1 dc in each sc to marked st. 5 dc in marked st (corner). Rep from * around. Join with sl st to top of ch 3.
Fasten off.

Just select all the text of the pattern, right-click and hit "Print". Your internet browser will print for you. I typically "print" to a .pdf file and save it on my tablet for future reference.
