"Crochet a present for a new baby in a weekend! The one-stitch chevron pattern is super easy and suitable for beginner crocheters as well. I made this blanket before my grandson Jacques was born, and though he is 3 years, he still uses it. You could use one colour or 3 colours like in the pattern. Be your own designer, and mix it up a bit. Get out your stash or take a quick trip to your yarn shop!"
