Row 1 (Right Side): Sc in 2nd ch from hook, skip next ch, * sc in next 4 ch, 3 sc in next ch, sc in next 4 ch **, skip next 2 ch; repeat from * to last 2 ch, end at **, skip next ch, sc in last ch – 156 sc.
Row 2: Working in back loops only, ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, skip next sc, * sc in next 4 sc, 3 sc in next sc, sc in next 4 sc **, skip next 2 sc; repeat from * to last 2 sc, end at **, skip next sc, sc in last sc.
Repeat Row 2 for pattern stitch, working * 2 rows with B, 2 rows with C, 2 rows with D, 2 rows with E; repeat from * twice more.
Repeating Row 2, work 68 rows with A. * Work 2 rows with E, 2 rows with D, 2 rows with C, 2 rows with B; repeat from * twice more.
Work 2 rows with A.
Fasten off.

This Rippling Rainbow blanket is so elegant and chic. Both mom and and baby will love this very beautiful work of art. Anyone who receives the gift will really appreciate it. It will be an interesting conversation piece. I can't wait to do this project.
