Trio Blanket
"Made with three Scheepjes Whirls, the yarn does all the work with this simple, repeating stitch pattern. All this colorplay and only six ends to weave! I provide lots of suggestions for color combos that might suit your style and space. This is the kind of pattern with its 2 row repeat that allows you to relax, binge Netflix, or tend to littles while you crochet something that will wow your friends. I hope you enjoy it!"

This changing color effect can only be achieved by using this kind of yarn. It cannot be done using the ordinary worsted yarn in solid colors.

What a pretty blanket. And the instructions are very well written and easy to follow. Now I have to just find the yarn and decide on a color. I hope it's available in my area. These can be put aside for Christmas and I will have some presents out of the way early.

The designer has made this in more than one color combination. I do not know which one I like the best. It can be really hard to make a decision when there are so many options. For a baby I guess I would go with the lighter version but you cannot go wrong with the darker color either. So many yarn colors so little time.

I first thought that Scheepjes Whirl was a new crochet technique until I read the material list, lol. What a beauty. By using this type of yarn and knowing how to make a few basic crochet stitches this could be yours to gift or keep for yourself. It is almost one of those blankets that make itself. Thanks for the free pattern.
