Twisted Stitches Baby Afghan
It can get boring to always make baby blanket patterns in single, double, and half double crochet. The Twisted Stitches Baby Afghan is an amazing departure from normal stitches with a fun, twisting stitch. You can learn to crochet this new stitch in a video crochet tutorial for both left-handed and right-handed crocheters, and then apply your new skill to this beautiful blanket. Super bulky yarn makes this baby blanket pattern work up fast, which means you can make many of these to keep for future gifts.
Crochet HookN/15 or 10 mm hook, P/16 or 11.5 mm hook
Yarn Weight(6) Super Bulky/Super Chunky (4-11 stitches for 4 inches)

I have not made this one, but after reading the written pattern and seeing the pictures and video, I so want to. I just need the yarn. I wonder how this will look with a regular yarn? I like the look of the Glover stitch, it's different and the texture is nice and thick. My swatch looks amazing and I can see this done in a blanket or scarf. I'm looking forward to putting this pattern to work. Thank you for sharing this freee crochet afghan pattern.

This looks like it would have the same feel as the pattern my mom always makes for baby blankets, except the different stitch makes it more fun! I'll have to pass this on and make it myself!
