This is a great How to Crochet Surface Stitches video. I think this is a great way to personalize afghas or hats. It is a easy technique to do too! I love this and it is a great way to give some dimension to a otherwise flat afghan. I use this to add names to hats. Thank you for sharing this free crochet how to.

This surface stitch is a great way to add something different to your project to give it an added pop. I have always wondered how I could give it that extra touch and with this video it makes it so simple and quick to learn how. Never knew it could be so easy and love that you can add this to something you have already finished and decide to add some color or make a project that you did a long time ago look different by adding some pop of color with the surface stitch to give it a new feel. This is for eeryone to see.
