This is one beautiful granny square that I am pinning right now. I am also certain that I will try in the near future. Because I am in need of a blanket or a lapghan or some sort of blanket for myself when I look at the tv and I need to cocoon in. But I definitely give 5 stars to this mesmerizing granny square.

I thank you for the free pattern of this granny square. From the picture it appears to be one of those patterns that cause a need for a lot of extra work but the skill level is showing easy. There is only one way to find out. I just happen to have a little yarn left over from a project that I not too long ago finished. I am going to attempt this 12" granny square later this week.

The "waves" created in the marvelous meadow crochet granny square are almost mesmerizing. I could just look at this square all day. The use of the three different colors is what really makes this so beautiful I am sure because it allows you to see each "wave" individually.
