I have never crocheted this design before but there is always a first time for everything. The instructions look well written but it will take time to get used to it. And once you get it I am sure it will go along quickly. It will make for a different blanket. Thank you.

Just have to make this. I love this stitch and the pastel colors are really appealing. I could easily gift this for a baby during a shower. Talk about taking center stage. With these colors it could easily be for a boy or a girl.

A co-worker shared with me her love of the Bavarian square and I think the finished design is really pretty. As of yet, I have to complete a Bavarian project. In the mean time I will save this one for the future.
