Oh I love the look of this Stars Stripes Crochet Afghan. Who doesn't love the American Flag? After reading the pattern I know I can do this, and think it would be a great Christmas gift to my son-in-law who served in the Army. I love, love the gold trim on this flag Afghan it's so nice. I will be sewing on the stars, that way it can be washed which I don't think it would be a good idea to use hot glue. Also wouldn't using hot glue make where the stars are hard? I want a soft, inviting afghan. Thank you so much for this free crochet pattern.
