Sleepy Blocks Blankie
"The Sleepy Blocks Blankie is a cute and cuddly free crochet pattern on Moogly! Featuring a tight stitch pattern and extra squish, it’s perfect for playtime and perfect newborn photos, as well as chilly weather! The Sleepy Blocks Blankie stitch pattern was inspired by the Leaping Stripes and Blocks patterns I’ve crocheted in the past and does have a similar look. However, I’ve switched out the double crochets for half double crochets, and written it up for just one yarn. Which made it perfect for Red Heart Dreamy Stripes - get the look with less effort (and ends)! And with that, the pattern becomes a super simple 2-row repeat! You’ll have it memorized in minutes, and the Sleepy Blocks Blankie will fly right off your hook! And I love the way the blocks are now a little “sleepy” - they have a bit of a lean, making this pattern just that much more dynamic and fun!"
