Rag Quilt Style Baby Blanket
"This beautiful baby blanket was styled to mimic a rag quilt. Each solid granny square has holes in the shape of an "X" the same way that the stitching would be on a traditional rag quilt square. The light ruffling around each square is sweet without being geared too much toward a girl's blanket. Whether you need a gift for a baby shower, your expecting neighbor, if you're the one getting ready for a new arrival or if you donate to your local hospital's NICU, this blanket is a perfect choice. It's timeless and will instantly become a family heirloom!"

I am just absolutely in awe of this Rag Quilt Style Baby Blanket. It is just an ordinary granny squares baby blanket but the colors used gave this piece the drama and appeal. The pattern will also look great in an afghan and will look very dramatic when displayed on your living sofa or couch. But this will look very pretty on a baby's crib, a change from the usual pink/blue/yellow/green baby color combination. Very pretty!

I love the design of this blanket. It is fairly simple yet little touches add a complicated look to it. It is not your ordinary baby blanket and I am sure it will be a keepsake. It has a nice soft look to it as well. Thank you for the pattern.
