Would this not be the perfect summer blanket for a baby?! Because of all the small flowers that need to be made, I would go for making this as a baby blanket first just to see if I really love the final project. At any rate, this is unique and would be a beautiful accent piece if nothing else.

There was a little bit of a search for the pattern but I found it. This is a great little project that will take some time to complete depending on the size of the bed that you are making it for. I love the colors that were used to crochet this but they would not really go with my home decor. After a few alterations, I am planning a trip to the local hobby store and making a purchase. Thanks for the free pattern.
