VIntage has never looked so good! Fall in love with this book by Jane Crowfoot as you see how well knitting and crochet can work together. This book is divided into three different vintage design themes: Folk Tales, Two-Tone Chic, and Time for Tea. Which theme is for you? I think my favorite theme is the Time for Tea because I would love to curl up on the couch with these pillows and set my favorite cup of tea on the Victoria doily.
Other projects in this book capture the vintage spirit so well that people won't even know that you crocheted or knitted them. Vintage inspired pieces are all over department stores these days and now you can make your own home decor pieces. Whether you are predominately an knitter or crocheter, there are patterns for you to try and for you to expand your skills. There is a beautiful Babouchka crochet hexagon afghan in this book that I just adore.
Many of these gorgeous patterns are aimed at beginners and others are aimed for more experienced crocheters or knitters. Either way, this book is just lovely for anyone looking too add some vintage flair to their home.
