I like the look of this Piggyback Stitch Warm Up America Block. This was for April, I wonder if they are still accepting blocks? I would like to make a few in different colors to share. I think this Piggyback stitch would make a nice warm blanket for anyone in the cold north county. The stitch pattern is well written and easy to follow and understand. For the block you Ch 26 (or any multiple of 3 sts, 2, so I'm thinking of making a large one for a lapaghan to keep in the van to be used this winter. I wonder what this stitch pattern would look like using a self striping yarn? I'm looking forward to doing this one. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.
